Privacy Policy

Effective August 1, 2026

This Policy explains the information Prism Global Prep collects, why we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to students and families.

1. Information we collect

Account and profile information. We collect information you provide, such as student name, email address, country, grade, selected exam, target test date, current score, and goal score.

Learning information. We collect diagnostic and practice responses, scores, question timing, flags, progress history, study preferences, tutoring requests, and support messages so the service can function and personalize preparation.

Technical and security information. Our systems and service providers may process IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, session identifiers, request logs, and similar information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the service.

Transaction information. We receive limited purchase details such as plan, amount, currency, payment status, and payment-provider transaction identifiers. Complete card details are entered with and handled by the payment provider, not Prism.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; deliver tests, explanations, analytics, and study plans; personalize SAT or ACT preparation; process purchases and promotional access; provide tutoring and support; send transactional messages; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot and improve the service; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not use student learning data for third-party targeted advertising.

3. AI-assisted explanations

When you use an AI-assisted explanation feature, Prism may process the related practice question, your prompt, conversation context, and generated response to provide the feature, enforce safety rules, and improve reliability. Do not include highly sensitive information in prompts. We do not permit our service providers to use student prompts for their own advertising.

4. Cookies and sessions

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, and operate the website. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login or other features from working correctly.

5. How information is shared

We may share information with vendors that provide hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, security, analytics, customer support, or AI infrastructure. They may process information only to perform services for Prism under appropriate contractual or legal restrictions.

We may also disclose information when required by law; to protect the rights, safety, and security of students, Prism, or others; with your direction or consent; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets subject to appropriate protections.

6. Students and children

Prism Global Prep is intended for users age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it. Students under the age of legal majority should use the service with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

7. Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain learning history, comply with legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect security. Retention periods vary by data type. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies an individual.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted connections, secure password handling, and service monitoring. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so students should use unique passwords and protect their account credentials.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

You may review or update profile information through your account. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by emailing contact@prismglobalprep.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required or permitted by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain processing. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law. A parent or guardian may submit an appropriate request for a minor student.

10. United States service and transfers

The current service is designed for students in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as the service or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will provide notice of material changes when appropriate. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to contact@prismglobalprep.com.
